Virtual Hearing Service Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Virtual Hearing (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These Terms govern all access to and use of the Virtual Hearing web platform, application, APIs, and any related services provided by Matchbest and its sister entities (“Virtual Hearing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) For the purpose of this document, the term Virtual Hearing represents Matchbest.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your organization to create, manage, or use a Virtual Hearing account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account. You must notify your administrator immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or misuse.

3. Organization & Tenant Responsibilities

Each organization is responsible for configuring its users’ access, permissions, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must ensure that any data, files, or content uploaded do not infringe third-party rights or violate any law. Violations may result in permanent account termination without recovery. Virtual Hearing is not liable for losses arising from such violations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, disrupting system functionality, or transmitting malware or harmful code. You may not use Virtual Hearing to harass, abuse, or impersonate others, nor to upload unlawful, obscene, or confidential information without proper authorization. Violations may result in immediate and permanent account termination.

5. Data & Privacy

Virtual Hearing processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Each organization controls its own tenant data. Virtual Hearing acts as a data processor and will only access customer data when necessary to deliver support, ensure security, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Service Availability & Updates

While we strive to provide reliable and continuous service, Virtual Hearing does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or emergency outages may occur. We may update, enhance, or discontinue features from time to time and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

7. Intellectual Property

Virtual Hearing retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, trademarks, and documentation. You retain ownership of the data you upload. By submitting content, you grant Virtual Hearing a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may include integrations with third-party tools or services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party’s terms. Virtual Hearing is not responsible for the performance or security of third-party services.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may request termination of your account through your organization administrator. Certain obligations — including payment, confidentiality, and indemnification — will continue after termination.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Virtual Hearing expressly disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Virtual Hearing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Hearing’s total liability arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by your organization to Virtual Hearing in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sonipat, Haryana, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review this page periodically for updates.
